Complex contracts.
Simple management.

One contract can combine several types of billing. The same customer can manage several contracts with you at the same time.

Instead of compiling conditions in separate files and remembering every month what needs to be billed, the period, the billing components, the payment method, the target document in SAP and the recipients of the documents are defined for each contract.

You can activate, pause or cancel contracts and billing lines. Changing terms after the first charge is done using a new version linked to the previous contract, so that the history is saved and you can see what was in effect in each period. Repairs, additional charges and credits also remain linked to the contract.

Every billing model,
built around your agreement.

Four types of billing that can be combined in the same contract, depending on how your business works.

One-time

Setup, installation, training or one-time service fees. Define quantity, price and billing date, and save the result in the contract history.

Recurring

Subscription, Retainer, Maintenance or Licenses. Billing in cycles of months or days, or according to a pre-defined list of dates.

Usage-based

hours, users, consumption units or percentages of execution. The quantity can come from a defined external data source, with quotas, hour bank and prices according to quantity ranges.

Milestone-based

Billing for completion of a project phase: requirements analysis, delivery or go-live. A fixed amount, a quantity times the price or a percentage of the amount - with a target date or selection during the billing run.

With billing according to usage, you can set a quota that renews each period or an accumulated pool, and determine how exceeding or using less than the quota affects the billing.

Automated billing,
with control.

The system calculates and suggests. You see and choose what to do.

Review before generating documents

Choose a date range and receive a list of proposed charges. You can filter by customer, contract, billing type, payment method and alerts, and select the lines to execute.

Identifies charges that have already been made

A charge made in the past is marked with a clear warning. You can filter it out or choose to do it again on purpose - the control remains in your hands.

See the selected amount

A display of the quantity, price, period and billing amount, with a summary of the displayed lines and the selected lines. Amounts in different currencies are shown separately.

Link usage to billing details

When the billing is based on a defined external data source, it is possible to attach to the customer a usage report that shows the quantities based on which the billing was calculated.

Connected to SAP
and your collection processes.

The contract, billing and document remain part of the same process.

Production of a customer order, advance invoice, draft invoice or tax invoice according to the definition of the contract. It is possible to combine corresponding lines of the same customer into one document, or generate a separate document for each contract.

When a supported automatic collection method is defined, it is also possible to perform the collection and create a receipt according to the contract definitions and the process in SAP. The documents are sent to the defined recipients, with a usage report if required.

The contract history links the billing line, the period, the billing run and the created SAP documents - including the collection and sending status of the documents.
