Co-founder and CEO
With over twenty years of experience in business and financial management, leading SAP Business One projects and supporting clients, Gili understands the decisions business owners face - from cash flow and pricing to sales, service and people management. She connects business insight with information systems and builds relationships that last for years, through attentive listening, personal involvement and a commitment that continues long after the system goes live.
My philosophy“I believe business strategy becomes meaningful when it is translated into action - through financial understanding, market insight, and the ability to bring people and processes together. For me, this is also a personal commitment: to build a relationship of trust, understand your business and be your partner for many years to come.”
Anat brings over twenty-five years of experience in information systems and in leading technology solutions for companies in Israel and around the world. She combines a deep understanding of business processes with creative thinking, flexibility and the ability to see new possibilities within existing systems. She leads innovation and AI solutions at Inspiria, connecting people, information and technology to turn complex needs into creative solutions that work in practice and evolve with the business.

Or holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration and has over 15 years of experience in software development, managing development teams and leading hundreds of projects in Israel and around the world. He leads Inspiria's entire development operation, defines the technology roadmap and is responsible for solution architecture and cloud infrastructure. With expertise in AI and enterprise systems, he leads the development of the company's products and the integration of AI capabilities at their core, from planning through deployment at client sites. His accounting background, combined with extensive ERP development experience, enables him to assess technology decisions in the context of the financial and operational processes the products must support.
My philosophy“Big dreams take courage, perseverance and action. As an amateur pilot, I enjoy challenging myself and expanding the limits of what is possible. I bring that same determination to my professional work: dreaming big, solving challenges and turning what seems impossible or unlikely into reality. For me, the sky has long since ceased to be the limit.”
Sami Trujillo
VP of Business Development and Sales
Sami holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and brings over thirty years of experience in information systems implementation, technology project leadership, sales and business development for companies in Israel and around the world. He has worked with organizations across a wide range of industries, developing an in-depth understanding of manufacturing, logistics and the supply chain - from planning and purchasing through inventory and shop-floor management to quality control, costing and customer delivery. This experience enables him to see how a decision in one process affects the entire organization, translate business needs into practical requirements and assess solutions with the people who will use them in mind.

Hagit brings nearly twenty years of experience in information systems, with roles spanning sales, marketing, project management and operations. Her familiarity with different aspects of business enables her to examine challenges from several perspectives, understand the connections between people and processes and develop solutions that fit everyday reality. Hagit oversees all client accounts at Inspiria and manages the implementation team. She connects clients, implementation consultants and project managers, combining process and technology expertise in SAP Business One and the company's products with her greatest strength - people. Through attentive listening, empathetic communication and humor, she builds a shared language that helps overcome obstacles, adapt the system to real needs and support productive collaboration.
My philosophy“I believe that solving a problem starts with understanding the people behind it: listening closely, asking questions and making room for what is not always said in words. For me, every problem is an invitation to find a way forward together. Open communication, trust and a little humor help bridge gaps and reveal solutions, even when the path seems complex. My role is to connect people, needs and the system so that everyone can work together, knowing that someone is listening and taking responsibility.”
