Raw materials, resources, work orders, reports and costs - connected to one process within the SAP Business One environment.
We bring many years of experience in implementing Beas projects in Israel and around the world, and an understanding of what happens in the factory beyond the screen.
Beas Production CockpitThe experience that makes the difference
Production has its own language. Understanding it takes experience.
Product trees, routings, capacity, lead times, depreciation and production reports. Behind each term there is a way of working, limitations and decisions that affect the entire plant.
Manufacturing is a complex world that takes time to learn. Without experience and a deep understanding of how things work in the field, it is difficult to identify what is really required - and how a change in one place will affect the materials, the resources, the supply and the cost.
At Inspiria we know this language from projects we have carried out in Israel and around the world. This familiarity allows us to ask the right questions, understand the process and build a system that fits your reality.
01 / MRP + APS · Materials planning and production scheduling
What should you produce? And how does it fit into the schedule?
Production planning connects two questions: what materials and products will be required, and how to carry out the work with the resources and time available to you.
MRP - Material Requirements Planning
What should be purchased or produced, how much and when?
The system calculates requirements according to the demand and the product trees, taking into account the existing inventory and the open purchase and production orders. The result is recommendations for procurement and production that make it possible to identify deficiencies and prepare for the demand dates.
In this way, it is possible to see how a demand for a finished product affects its components and sub-assemblies, and to connect the planning of materials to the work of procurement and production.
APS - Advanced planning and scheduling
When and where can the work be done?
Scheduling of production orders according to resources, capacity, sequence of operations, priorities and availability of materials, according to the defined planning scenario. It is possible to use forward or backward planning and check capacity limits according to the calculation method.
The Gantt view shows the actions and dependencies on the timeline, and allows you to examine loads and update the assignment. When an urgent order comes in or a resource is unavailable, you can check how the change affects the work plan.
Connecting MRP and APS reveals the full picture.
Material availability and space in the work plan should meet. We characterize with you the product trees, the routes, the operation times, the resources and the planning rules - so that the recommendations and scheduling match the reality in the factory.
This is where our experience in production makes the difference: understanding what the data says, what assumptions are behind it and where the definitions need to be refined before relying on the result.
Monitoring of work orders, progress of operations, delays and material shortages. The production cockpit centralizes information and allows you to continue from it to the relevant tasks and screens.
Reporting from the field
Work and time reports by employee, resource and production order, using the reporting handheld scanners. The connection between the report and the plan makes it possible to compare the performance with what was planned.
Quality as part of the process
Quality plans and tests throughout the production stages and inventory movements, according to the defined processes and modules.
Understand the cost
Costing and comparing planned costs against actual costs-materials, labor, machinery, and overhead-to identify gaps and understand the business outcome of production.
The Beas workspace
Planning and the shop floor, in one view.
An open product tree shows the components, operations and work resources together. In the production order tree you can also see the reports and movements that connect the planning to the execution.

Available capabilities depend on modules, licensing, version and application settings.
Production connected to purchasing, inventory and finance.
A decision on the production floor affects the entire business.
Beas integrates into SAP Business One and connects the production activity to the business processes. You can also integrate Produmex WMS to manage the movement of materials between the warehouse and production, and B1UP for customizations that serve your way of working.
We characterize these connections together with you - so that procurement, logistics, production and finances work with a common process.
